About Founder Mode
The podcast for ambitious founders, hosted by Feliks Eyser, founder, investor and company builder.
What Founder Mode is
Founder Mode is the podcast for ambitious founders. We tell the stories of the most successful founders in the German-speaking world, in long, unfiltered conversations. The episodes are in German.
Alongside the podcast there is the Founder Mode Friday newsletter with the key learnings from every episode, and a WhatsApp community where founders exchange ideas.
Host: Feliks Eyser
I wanted to become an architect. Today I build companies instead of houses.
In 2009 I founded RegioHelden, after two failed attempts, on my own and straight out of university. We grew into a team of hundreds, served tens of thousands of small businesses and sold the company to a listed media group.
I have been investing since 2018: as an angel, as an LP in VC funds and with w3.fund. What I like most is building alongside founders, as a founding investor in the zero-to-one phase.
On the podcast, I get two hours of undivided attention from great founders. And I share everything I learn with you.
